I ran for 22 minutes this morning. Apparently at minute #9 my Versa stopped recording the run. This has happened several times in the last month.

Hi, restart your Versa 4-5 times in a row by pressing the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve your problem, maybe you have to adjust your Stride Lenght. To do that, press in the dashboard of your Fitbit app the account icon on the upper right side of the screen, Scroll down to advanced settings, press that and scroll down to Stride Lenght. Press this and adjust it so that your Versa tracks the right time of your exercise. This is a trial an error method. In your case maybe you need to diminish your Stride Lenght, but it might also be possible that you have to increase it. Good luck!!
