At 4:57 a.m.... red alert "get live" went off on my wrist.  I had no alarm set. (Similar to an amber alert)

Are you sure you don't mean "Look Alive"?  That's the alarm message.  If you are sure you got "get live", that must be something else.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

you were correct.  I wasn't truly awake when it went off.  At that time of the morning I wasn't alert enough to 'look alive'  lol  Thank you.
