Hello, i am experiencing a problem with my Versa. There is a red light at the back and then when i'm trying to sync and update it can't update to the latest version of Fitbit, even though it's on my home Wi-Fi. It can't find Wifi, even if my iPhone says that it's "downloading".. Could you please help me? I have tried everything!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @VERSA_LED_LIGHT.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the issues you're experiencing with your Fitbit Versa. Thank you for your efforts to resolve the issue. I would like to confirm if you've tried the steps from these help articles: Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi? and Why can't I update my Fitbit device?
If the issue persists, I recommend doing a factory reset. Please note that you'll need to reinstall any apps on your device after the reset, and if you couldn’t sync your device, then any data on the Fitbit device will be lost. In order to do the factory reset, please follow the steps from this help article: How do I erase my Fitbit device? Open the Bluetooth settings on your phone and unpair the watch from the list. Then, please set up the watch back to your account with the instructions on this link: How do I set up my Fitbit device? Be sure to keep your app up-to-date. In order to update your app you can follow the steps provided here.
I'll be around if you need further assistance.
