I have an annoying red spot in my notifications and no matter what I try it doesn’t go anywhere

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and let me help you with your question. Just to confirm, is the red spot in the notification icon displayed on the Fitbit app? If that's correct, let me share that our team has received reports from our members who are experiencing this behavior. They're currently working on the quickest fix and at this moment the best suggestion is to keep the Fitbit app up-to-date. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and be sure that your comments won't go unnoticed.
