I have the Fitbit versa special edition. I went to do a factory reset, and now have a red X in a circle saying data not cleared. I cant get rid if this. Please can you help me to fix it

Hi @Millie703, welcome to the community.
Can you try going into your phones Bluetooth settings and unpairing/forgetting the Versa from there. Once you've done that, go back into the Fitbit app and proceed to setup the device again (tap on profile picture - scroll down to setup a device - follow the steps), thus should hopefully clear the message.

I tried this and nothing has changed. The problem I first had was time slowing down and hard to sync. Tried to reset then got the circle with an X.

Well it's working now I downloaded the latest update. I took a while to load, but it's working now.

Oops! I spoke to soon. Red X is gone, everything is working, but loosing time again, it's a hour behind.
