I have Redmi Note-3, I have fit bit versa which i bought in Nov 2018.

I am unable to get any notifications from designated apps (whats app, calendar ,skype etc) to my phones. However some time I do receive calls. Also I do get the test notification call. Tried all the steps mentioned in the article

https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa/Notifications/m-p/3136891#M63732

But not able to receive any notifications from the apps

My fit bit app versa version is 2.87 (20213363). Which I see as the latest version.

@Mallikarjun Redmi phones are known for killing apps and processes running in the background. You need to curb the power management on your phone. Beside disabling battery optimization for Fitbit app in the Android settings and enabling Always Connected and All-day Sync in the fitbit app, you may need to lock Fitbit mobile app in the background, so it doesn't get killed by Android. Please take a look at this link. Also, to restore the bluetooth connectivity, please try this:

  1. Unpair (remove) Versa from your phone's bluetooth settings
  2. Reboot your phone. Do not pair in your phone's bluetooth settings
  3. Reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes
  4. Open Fitbit mobile and sync.

The trick here is to not pair in phone Bluetooth settings but rather let the Fitbit mobile app do that.

Additional tips if sync issues persist: If you have Wifi set up, go to Fitbit mobile app and remove it, then sync your Versa. I noticed that it causes issues for me. If you have other Bluetooth devices paired with your phone, forget them. One of them might be causing issues.
