Hi!
I have my fitbit versa i believe it already made a little more than 2 years. But i always had problems with synching, everytime it gets discharged i have to reconnect has it was the first time ever connecting to my phone... I'm just so tired of it and it's so annoying to know that i payed 200€ for a watch that doesn't work properly, that the battery barely does 2 days.. I just stopped using it because of how annoying it is to use it... I waited this long because i hoped that with some upgrades it would get better... But it didn't... So does anyone know if i still can have some kind of refund? I'm a little lost with the process... If your curious my phone is the huawei p20 pro

My charge only lasts 5-6 hours. Until the upgrade it lasted 5 days!
now they say my name etch is out of warranty and I need to BUY a new one. I am arguing that their update ruined my battery

Unless you bought a 2 year extended warranty (on top of the 1 year factory warranty), I'm pretty sure you're gonna have a hard time getting any refund. But, it's best to call customer service because that's who determines your warranty status (Unless you bought the Fitbit through a 3rd party, like Amazon, and bout a 2 year extended warranty plan - then you need to contact them.)
