  • Hi This Is Balaji Sekar from Tamil Nadu India ... My Fitbit Versa 3 was not working since 10.7.2022... i have contacted the customer support and sent my Pebble part of Versa to the Hub centre on 19.7.2022... but till now i didnt received any acknowledgement from ur fit bit team through mail.... Im totally disappointed with the customer support.... I have contacted the customer support through chat they said with in Aug 1 st week i will replacement... But till i didn't even get any msg from the team...my case no is 46021288
