Hi @Inderjeet Try restarting the Versa several times and see if that gets things working properly. If it doesnt you would be best contacting Customer support and hope they can help.
By the way, Inused ro know a lady called Inderjeet Singh - a friend of my mothers. She was a lovely lady and i have always loved the name Inderjeet. 😊

My problem not solve so far. Battery exauexhing within two hours. It's back blinking light is also not working.
Please change my Varsa smart watch . It's within guarantee period.
