I had this problem about a year ago and it was resolved through customer service. The battery is draining extremely fast I’m talking 100 to 0 in an hour, and placing it on a charger seems to just keep the battery life at where it is. last time I was told to factory reset and full charge and my problem resolved itself. This time there doesn’t seem to be a fix. The device is two years old I’ve had both the charge and charge 2. If there’s a fix please help, I can’t imagine mountain biking without my fitbit and can’t justify a purchase amid the current climate. I’ve factory reset, tried my secondary charger, made sure there is no updates. still no luck. If I have a last ditch effort let me know. Thanks.
