Spotify and Alexa syncing issue on Versa 2

Hi I’m wondering if anybody could help. 

my watch will receive text messages and phone calls. 

but when it comes to using Spotify or Alexa; I have to physically open my phone and sync the app before it will work on the versa 2. 

I havnt tried the payment part yet. But I’m guessing that may be the same. 

It seems like a long process. 

im wondering if other people’s watches will just open Spotify and Alexa without physically syncing Fitbit on their phones first.

Regarding the Spotify and Alexa syncing issue that your Versa 2 is experiencing, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. Please reply to their  last email and they'll be happy to follow up and assist you accordingly.
