Regularly requires shutdown

I love my versa 2 but there are a couple of frustrating issues that I wish I could resolve!

1. Every few days it won’t synch and I have to shutdown the watch via settings to reinstate the connection and get it to synch.

2. Whenever I need to use ‘Find my phone’ it doesn’t work! This is very frustrating. I don’t even know it is not working until I find the phone 🙄

recently I have tried a shutdown of the watch and that seems to fix the issue with ‘Find my phone’ not working.

so I think my problems would be solved if I could schedule a daily shutdown of the watch. Which doesn’t seem to be possible. Any suggestions?

Hi @JoFitJo 

I'm sorry to hear of your frustrations. One think I noted in your comment is that you use the shutdown function, which work fine, but there is a quicker why to get the same results, which is to restart. You restart by holding down the button for 10+ seconds, the screen will go dark and then wait for the Fitbit logo to appear. This works much like restarting your computer and often clears up any connection & synch issues. I hope this tip helps a tiny bit.
