Hi since the upgrade I have been unable to use the rematch button at the end of a challenge? It literally does nothing. Is this being fixed? Not good enough Fitbit please sort it out. Thankyou
Hi @50karen could you please tell us which phone and platform you're using. Android, iOS or Windows. The more we know, the better to assist you. This post can be moved into the forum area that would get you the most responses. Also, be aware that there was an Android app update today and an iOS update in the past few days. Check and see.
