Kind reminder here.

1Newest version of Fitbit app 3.68(36832051)needs android 8 or IOS 12 at least.

2Possibly, newest version of firmware 35.72.1.23 needs app 3.68 to maintain stable sync.

Of course ,users all over the world  own different smartphone..Perhaps , this is the reason when forced to update without any notice previously ,people got so many problems .
