Why am I not getting the reminders to move?

Hi @JaneShap I dont know why you're  not! But the first thing to check is that reminders are still turned on in the app. Go to your account (icon/avatar in the top left corner) and select your versa from Devices. On the Versa page scroll down to Reminders ro move and check they are turned on.

Thank you I have done this, they appear to be on but shall monitor now during the day. 😊

Hi there

i have checked and according to settings I should be receiving the notifications.

i don’t know if it is just me not recognising them cos I’m not used to the Versa? Or the versa isn’t doing it ?

Is the Versa vibrating for other thjngs? When you  meet your goal for example, or alarms?

Try restarting your Versa a few times and see if that gets them going. If they still wont work then contact Customer Support.
