Versa won’t charge

My Versa died this morning, will not charge or reset?  I’ve tried another charger that is working fine on my son’s Versa.  I have tried the 3 button reset but nothing.  The bottom right button is a bit stiff so not sure if that is working as it should though?  Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi @Lidineen,

 

Have you tried cleaning both the pins and the contacts on the charger?

 

Also, you mentioned that one of the buttons is stiff, is it possible that the watch was exposed to water, particularly salt water?
