Have a brand new Versa 2 that intermittently loses Alexa connection. Killing the app and restarting it will bring it back usually. Always in range of Bluetooth, so don't understand what is causing this. Running on an iPhone 7 Plus.

Tried that and other things suggested by the support chat, nothing seems to stick. Meanwhile found this article describing exactly what I'm seeing, so I'm not optimistic it can be resolved without an update:

I’m still having that issue, frustrating! Maybe Google will solve it!!
