Remove Quick Settings Drop Down Menu

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

This is addressing today's decision to close the prior thread and ignore the 91 people who voted/posted asking to remove the Quick Settings "feature."  I am extremely frustrated that FitBit has chosen to ignore all of the people who voiced objections to this new feature.  I do not want the Quick Settings option to be relocated to another button or incorporated at all in a different way, I request that it be REMOVED completely, returning the previously easy functionality of retrieving messages with a quick downward swipe on the watch.  Having to wait for the Quick Settings menu to disappear before being able to read a new message is so extremely annoying.  Please reconsider the requests of the many users who voted to remove this feature.  FitBit's decision, as well as the previous thread addressing this issue included below.

Turn off/edit "Quick Setting" (notifications, music controls, Fitbit Pay)

The new firmware that was recently installed on my VERSA is quite irritating.  Every time I check email notifications there is  drop down menu that briefly covers the top of the screen and makes me have to wait before I can see the notifications. I do not use the Music function or quick apps on my watch and have no need to see them. Before the firmware update this was not a problem. Now it is. Please provide users and option to disable the  "quick app feature or shortcuts to music controls".

The Features Suggestion Board would be the better place this request, where the people who make such decisions are more likely to see it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
