Hi, I recently replaced the screen on my Fitbit Versa Lite and before glueing it down wanted to make sure everything is working correctly. The screen works now but touchscreen doesn’t respond to touch, I can’t swipe or even turn off alarms. Any and all help is greatly appreciated as I love my watch! I did reset it by holding the button down until it cycled off and back on again with no response from the touchscreen.

Hi @LindseyMil - well done with the replacement screen but check it is the correct screen and is properly connected.
However it may also be a software issue. If there was a problem which caused the screen replacement you may still have a problem.
Unfortunately doing a factory reset may fail and the watch becomes unusable and even if it works you might have difficulty setting it up again especially due to a bug in the current Android Fitbit app.
