Replacement Discount scam

I contacts at the help desk today because my favorite versa has stopped powering up.  After troubleshooting it was determined that there is nothing that could be done to fix my versa. I was offered 25 to 40% discount on a replacement product.  After disconnecting my chat and submitting a review for the call I went to use my "coupon." The  Special website I was linked to to purchase at a "discount" has higher prices than the current sales.  I'm really frustrated!  Have used their product for years and was never disappoint in with customer support and replacement when products stopped working correctly. Despite glitches I have stuck with their product over the years and always felt Supported and that the cost of the product was a good value until now.  Feels like it's time to find a new fitness tracker with a different company.

The 40% coupon is off the reqular price, and not off of the black Friday price. 

My thought would be to purchase at the lower price today. Or wait until the Black Friday is over and the tracker is back at normal price.
