Replacement Versa Battery Life

Hi all,

 

I recently had an issue with my original Versa where it stopped syncing to my phone and Fitbit sent out a replacement device just over a week ago. The replacement Versa syncs up to my phone as expected and everything appears to work now, which is great, however I've noticed a massive drain on the battery life where I'd be lucky if it lasts a full 24 hours.

 

I've looked at numerous topics regarding battery life and have made the following changes to the Versa and Fitbit App -

 

- Turned off All Day Sync

- Reduced notifications from numerous apps to my main phone/text/email/Whatsapp

- Using a Fitbit clock face

- Screen brightness set to Auto

- Screen Timeout set to 10s

- Sleep mode scheduled from 11pm - 8am

 

Is there anything I'm missing that may be causing a massive battery drain?

Which battery are we referring to @Dbrowne88. they phone's battery or the Versa's battery.

This is the Versa's battery. Since initial post, I have also dimmed the screen and turned off quick wake.

Since it was recently replaced. Have you contacted Fitbit to have this issue documented?

No not yet, I wanted to check in here first just to see if there was something obvious I might have missed.
