Replacement Versa not holding charge

Bought a Versa back in April last year which had to be replaced a couple of weeks ago as just died on me.

Now the replacement one which arrived in a tiny official genuine looking plastic bag doesn’t hold its charge - I’m having to charge it everyday rather than every 3 days with the original one.

I haven’t loaded up even half as many apps on it, only use for fitness every morning, have no songs downloaded on it, plus have a standard Fitbit watch face.....so I’m wondering have I been fobbed off with a reconditioned replacement or is my charger at fault perhaps?? I’m suspicious.....

It is probably reconditioned. I would contact support again and tell them the replacement doesn't hold a charge.
