I loved my first Fitbit until the original watch band broke off into it. I talked to Fitbit and no problem! They replaced the watch face only. Not the band?! Also, the new watch face they sent me simply does not work. It doesn’t respond to touch, it jumps all over the screen and turns things off and on. I talked to Fitbit and even after sending a video of what it does they don’t believe me? Anyone else had a similar issue?!
