My new Versa arrived this morning after they kindly set me a new one as the last completely died only to find the replacement is completely defective as well. This one at least has a working clock but that’s all that works!! Tried factory reset. No joy

Would it be possible for you to elaborate a bit more about the issues you're experiencing with the replacement Versa that was sent to you and the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far? I don’t know how clearer I can be.
The screen will not move past/swipe the clock so I am unable to use any functions.
The battery died despite having a full charge less than 20 hours later.
the replacement is faulty
