Replacement Versa's screen not turning on.

I bought my Versa during the pre Christmas holidays.  I teach water aerobics and liked being able to have a way to analyze the class I am instructing.  In March, my Versa just goes black and unable to get it to sync, to do anything.  Solution, the Fitbit customer service had gone through the checklist and then says we will replace with a refurbished or take 1/2 off the cost of a new one, which is not much of a ' savings' considering I paid $150 (w/o tax) and a Fitbit glass protection shield that can not be reused and only 4 months old.  Ok, I opt for the refurbished one. I ask if I am to send the broken one back so they use it for quality control, answer was no.  So, here it is April 26, and my Fit Bit Versa replacement has blacked out screen and has no sounds and yet another loss on the glass screen protector.  I have not call them yet, for I have been too busy.  Wonder what I can get done...let you all know soon.

Hello @Nanarocky thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you've experienced with the Fitbit Versa and I would like to suggest you to try to restart your watch by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. Then, plug it in for 1 to 2 hours, take it out of the charging cradle and push the buttons to see if the screen turns on.

We really appreciate our members's feedback and I would like to thank you for yours. Our team is always looking to improve the Fitbit experience and your insight is very helpful to reach that end. I sincerely apologize for the inconveniences this situation has caused you, please remember that we do not expect manufacturing issues to affect our devices, but keep in mind that every Fitbit device comes with a limited product warranty.

In case you have inquiries or doubts about what it covers, you can check it on this article: Return Policy & Warranty.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
