Hi, what suggestions did tou already tried? If you've tried the restart procedure 4-6 times in a row or even a Factory Reset, I would recommend you to contact Customer Support about this issue.

Thanks for the reply. I’ve tried the restart procedures found on the forum and factory reset suggestions. Still nothing, just totally dead. However, shows fully charged on the dashboard.

I'd like you to try one more workaround that has been helpful. Please try cleaning the contacts of your charger and tracker with a cotton swab. After this, try other USB ports in order to charge your Versa and see if it turns on.
