Customer service confirmed that my Fitbit was broken. I sent it back ten days ago and have not heard anything from them. Is anyone else awful customer service? I tried contacting them and no one will give me and answer on when I should receive my new one. They just keep saying "we have passed a note along to shipping". They told me I would receive an email from their shipping department later that day... but nothing. This is ridiculous. I absolutely loved my Versa, but this customer service is making me want to switch to an Apple Watch.
