Replacement Versa taking forever

Customer service confirmed that my Fitbit was broken. I sent it back ten days ago and have not heard anything from them. Is anyone else awful customer service? I tried contacting them and no one will give me and answer on when I should receive my new one. They just keep saying "we have passed a note along to shipping". They told me I would receive an email from their shipping department later that day... but nothing. This is ridiculous. I absolutely loved my Versa, but this customer service is making me want to switch to an Apple Watch.

This is why I always but any Fitbit products (long time user) locally so they can be returned if needed.  I have had to return Fitbit units multiple times. (sad)

send them an email, replying to the last one they sent you. They may be able to help you better this way.
