Replacement product not received

Inspite of sending my Black Versa to the team 10 days ago. I haven't received my replacement product. They are offering me grey silver versa. Which has 3000 inr less price than the black one. They are offering me a product which is discontinued. Then they are saying take grey or silver we cannot tell you how long it will take to get a black versa. How far is it? I have paid bloody more money for blackversa and they are expecting me to settle for less. So not expected them highly disappointed inspite of paying a good price.
