I've had my versa for under a year before it stopped working. Under warranty I was sent a new one, that since receiving has not properly turned on (while on the charger it shows the logo, but if I try to turn it on it either doesn't work or shows 0%). I was told I could send it back to be sent a new one. But is there someplace I can take it to swap for a replacement? Rather not send it back on my own dime with the chance the next one doesn't work either.

When they shipped you the warranty replacement, did it include the band or just the watch?
