I received a new Versa 2 to replace a malfunctioning one.
How can I sync it to the Fitbit App without replacing/deleting the important data on the old one?
Thanks very much?
Rick

@rsmjr Hi. your historic data is stored on the server. Sync one last time before adding the replacement to your account, and you won't lose any data. You will still have to set up notifications, preferred settings, and pay again, but you won't lose health data.

Thanks very much, Mark MM! Much appreciated, especially your promptness. BTW: You have the same initials as one of my brothers, except he/we are road bicyclists, not runners 🙂
Take good care.

@rsmjr You're welcome. An additional note, if you're into active zone minutes, you might want to make the switch in the morning. Your replacement Versa 2 will likely be loaded with the old active minutes. So switching mid day would mess up your current day zone minutes. A software update in a couple days will give you zone minutes again. There's really nothing you can do about that one.
I'm a bicyclist too! I have 6 bikes actually. Cross Country Runner is Fitbit assigned due to post count. Like yours says first steps right now.
Thanks. You take care too!
