I have had my Versa for a while now and the other day the screen cracked even though I have a screen protector on it. Not sure how it happened but I must have caught a sharp corner of something because the face is cracked now. Does anyone know if there is a warranty beyond the normal 1 year that would cover replacing the screen or the whole watch? I am already beyond the 1 year warranty, the watch was a gift and I know the person I got it from did not buy any extended protection plans.

Hi @bilynn89 there are no repairs for these devices. Extended warranties are generally purchased no more than 30 days after the initial sale of an item, so that's not an option for you. I'm not aware of any place that would cover an existing damage of an item. Sorry.
