Can somebody  help me about this reset failure in my Vesta 2. Everytime i tried to restart the product it always appears Reset Failed! your data was not cleared. I am losing hope in fixing this problem.

Hi @Versaversa2 - on the off chance try and "+ set up a Device" again.

 

After a factory reset it is like a new device, so it may need to be resetup anyway.
