Woke up this morning and I had already walked 1390 steps??  I dont wear my watch to sleep. How do i reset the steps tp zero?

I’m having the same issue with mine, I charge it and the next morning it says I walked an additional 10,000 steps. Kinda weird. Thinking maybe I need to shut it down before bed and let it charge. Gonna test this out as well as sleeping with it on

How do I reset steps?  Awoke from my nap and it showed 10345 steps!  I was not sleepwalking.  Watch was on the charger!  Help!  MaryWWhite

Unfortunately, there is no way to reset the steps on the watch, you'll just have to wait until midnight when it will reset itself.  Is it possible that the watch was near a fan or something that vibrates?
