I tried holding down the back button and lower right button to shut off my versa, and the green Fitbit emblem shows up, but then it goes back to the clock. How do I reset this watch?
What you both are talking about is a Restart, not a Reset. A Factory Reset is a whole different animal. Jasmin, hold down the buttons a little longer at least until the screen goes dark.
If what you want is to "shut it down", swipe left to Settings App. Touch and scroll down to "About". Touch and scroll down to "Shutdown".
But my fitbit got locked and it is unpaired from phone. How exactly should I press the fitbit buttons to factory reset it ? Is there any other way to unlock it and set it up with my mobile fitbit app ?
