So, the back button on my Versa hasn't been working for a few weeks. It hasn't been too much of a problem, but my son clicked on an app on the versa and it's stuck on that screen. Is there another way to restart my Versa other than holding down all 3 buttons? Since that doesn't work for me now. Can I do it through the Fitbit app or somewhere else?

Hi, @mls79 , you can’t restart through the app, but you can restart on the Versa without the buttons: swipe left until you find “settings”. Under settings scroll down until you find “About”. In the about screen scroll down to “shutdown”.
To turn back on, however, you will need to use the left button.
If it is stuck on a screen and you can’t get to the settings screen, it will need a button press to restart, however. I don’t know what to say other than keep trying. Is your Fitbit still covered by warranty? Have you tried Customer Support if your buttons definitely aren’t working?

Thanks for the reply. It was stuck on a screen for the Philips hue app. But I just went into the Fitbit app on my phone, deleted the hue app, and got it back to the main screen.
And I've had it for about 13 months so assume just past the warranty.

Excellent! So if it is back to the main screen, is it now working normally for you?

Well the back button is still broken. But I can still use it pretty much fully (don't do a whole lot more than fitness tracking anyway).
