Has anyone found a reliable way to restart sleep tracking, when it decides to occasionally stop at random?
But nothing seems to work all of the time.
Any ideas?

Hi @Feroluce , a warm welcome to the Community! I apologize for the delayed response.
Could you please let me know if the issue persists, and what mobile device are you using to sync your Fitbit?
Please verify that the Fitbit app is up to date.
The following conditions can prevent the sleep phases from being recorded:
- You record your sleep using the app instead of the Versa's automatic sleep detection function.
- The battery of the Versa is almost empty when you go to bed (under 25%). This prevents a regular recording of the pulse.
- You use the metal bracelet while you sleep
- You sleep less than 3 hours.
- The bracelet is too loose or too tight on the wrist. You should be able to insert your index finger between the wristband and your arm without much resistance so that your pulse is recorded regularly and the sleep phases can be recognized.
If you tap on the recording where you don't see any sleep phases, you should get a message explaining why you didn't get one. What is this message?
I'll be expecting your reply

I’ve restarted. I’ve always worn my fitbit this way. The last time it recorded was 3/22/21. It gives me no message why it didn’t record. I have a Versa 2.
