Resting bpm low value

In my sleep insights , it shows resting bpm lowest of 75. But when I go to the graph , I see some time reaching to 69 and it says out of range. Don't understand if the bpm goes below 75 , why is it not recoding as resting bpm.

Kindly help me understand.

I don't know anything about what your sleep insight says, but as far as "resting heart rate" (RHR), Fitbit has its own way on calculating this, which is does not make public.  It is not just lowest heart rate recorded.  It is common to see a heart rate below your Fitbit RHR.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
