How does FitBit calculate resting hear rate of someone that has anxiety disorder and suffers from palpitations often? Won't the resting heart rate be wrong?

@MadBit   Your Fitbit looks at your heart rate when you are awake at rest and when you are asleep.  But an extra heartbeat is still a heartbeat.  IMO, this is still your resting heart rate.
