Restore Versa back to previous firmware

Ever since I completed the Recent firmware update on my Versa I have nothing but issues. 
My Versa was working perfectly before the update, now I can not get to sync correctly, Bluetooth on and my Fitbit app just keeps saying ‘No device found’. 

I have contacted customer service and not had much help.

You could do a factory reset, but when setting up it will install the latest firmware.

Thank you for your response. 

I have already completed a factory reset on my Versa but as you said it installed the latest firmware. 
I am using an iPhone which is all up to date with updates
