How can I retrieve past messages

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Caroline56, Thank you for sharing your question regarding retrieving past messages on your Versa 2. 

 

Messages last one month. If you receive a lot of messages or you deleted them you won't be able to retrieve them.
