Return damanged versa 3

I contacted the customer service and have a cas number to return my versa 3. It is approved  other instructions to return the device was to be sent and it has not. Does anyone know what I  am to do with it so I can get my replacement?

@TGarrott Hi. You checked your spam folder? Other than that, you should have faster and better results using chat support, rather than looking for answers on the community forum.
