I have returned my Versa and so far have not received a refund does anyone know how long it takes to get refund really annoying no information is given by Fitbit . Does anyone know how they reimburse you?

I had to contact them 3 times. After I got the confirmation from FedEx that they received the device, it took them 3 weeks until I had my money back. No email from FitBit until the day I got my money on PayPal.

I assume that you purchased the device specifically through Fitbit and not another retailer?
