Can the Versa track cross country skiing

I am interested in buying on of these watches, however it has to be able to track cross country skiing or else it won't be very useful. Can anyone tell me if it does?

I guess it could if it was classified as an workout. There currently is no skiing exercise shortcut on the Versa.

Yes, no official cross country app but I have used other fitbits for cross country skiing.  I recall it working okay.  I am not sure which activity I chose, I am pretty sure I picked something like hiking where connected GPS is available.
