Versa not showing ring camera notifications all others ok though , the ring app is ticked

Hi @Dago58 

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having a problem with your Versa. Will you please verify you are connect via Bluetooth. If that isn't the issue, I'd try giving your Versa a restart by holding down the the button for 10+ seconds until the screen goes dark and Fitbit logo appears.
