My resting heart rate has now been the same for 9 days.. I’ve never had this happen for this long. Could my Fitbit be on the way out?

Normally, my resting heart rate follows similar patterns as my basal body temperature throughout my monthly cycle. It’s been 61 for the past 9 days now. Is it broken?

Please confirm that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app: How do I use the Fitbit app?

Our team is aware of the situation and is working on a solution to it. We haven't received any time frame yet, how long our team still needs to solve this.
Hopefully it will be fixed soon.

It looks like my app was updated to version 4.25 a week ago. Is that correct? 

It is finally adjusting again now. Was there a glitch in the algorithm?
