The versa run mode doesn't work. What should I do? It's inaccurate and I proved it numerous times by running the fitbit app on my phone and the versa at the same time. Any advice? I bought the versa to use while I'm running and it doesn't work😕

Thank you they're working on it. Seems like versa won't work propely if my phone is paired to something else too. Now it's been going black on me and the buttons wouldn't work properly this morning 😕
