Run tracking overlay

How can i change the stats to miles and overlay them on a photo to share?  Whenever i try to create an overlay of a run it displays steps taken and not distance run in miles.

 

The only way i have noticed the overlay display in distance (miles) is when it is giving me totals for an entire day, not just a specific run.  Thank you.

Thank you for your inquiry. Currently this isn't available but you can share your idea in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exist so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.
