Hi All,

Is there a way to show Kilometers per hour on my fitbit when using the RUN activity? Due to several leg injuries such as shin splints i try to keep my running pace around a 7.5kmh jog.

when at the gym i can put the threadmill on a 7.5kmh pace but when outdoor its harder to maintain.

Ive tried to set up my fitbit versa so that i can track that but it does not seem to be able to, but i might be overlooking it.

Any suggestions?

Hello @RPD1987 and welcome to the forums.  Fitbit only gives pace (min/km or min/mi), not speed (kph or mph).  So you are not missing a setting somewhere.  I found this online Pace Calculator and Pace Converter.  A 7.5 kph speed converts to an 8:00 min/km pace.  You can use this as your target pace.

There is a Feature Suggestion asking for speed.  Fitbit has it listed as Not Currently Planned.  Smiley Sad

Take a look at the Fitbit help site for further assistance and information.

Wow, i was already fearing this to be the case but didnt expect this to be already on the request list since 2015.

I even think its there for biking but not for running which seems a bit clunky to me...

Thanks for your warm welcome though 🙂
