Running miles - not tracked

I have had my Versa Lite for about  a week.  I run a few days a week on a treadmill but I use the run on the exercise so that it will track my miles.  The watch was working (tracking) and then suddenly it stopped keeping track of my pace and miles ran.  Anyone else having issues with this feature?  It's really frustrating considering it is brand new.

I regret to hear that your pace and distance is not showing up after performing your runs on a treadmill.

 

Our team is aware of this problem, but may not be able to provide a fix in the immediate future. We'll continue to monitor the situation, and keep our team informed of the impact to you and other customers. We understand that this isn't the resolution you're hoping for, but rest assured we're always working to improve our products.

 

In the meantime, we have identified that pausing the activity could cause this problem. Please try to perform the exercise without pausing.

In addition, you can perform a restart to your watch by following these steps.
